Blodgett Sewer User Advisory Committee Charge 

Committee Charge:

 The Blodgett Sewer User Advisory Committee is an advisory committee to the Town of Newbury Selectboard. The Blodgett Sewer User Advisory Committee advises the Newbury Selectboard on the Strategic Planning, Operation, Maintenance and Budget for the facility.

Scope of Authority: The Blodgett Sewer User Advisory Committee will explore, report, and provide recommendations regarding strategic plans, operational and maintenance oversight, budget review and recommendations, compliance monitoring to the full Selectboard. The Committee will also communicate with the sewer users.

Reports to: The committee will be under the supervision of the Selectboard and will provide periodic updates to the full Selectboard. The committee is responsible for taking minutes of all their meetings, public and non-public, these meeting minutes once approved by the committee will be kept at the town office  

Term of Service: The Blodgett Sewer User Advisory Committee is appointed by the Selectboard and will continue until the Board discontinues their volunteer service.

This is a sub-committee of the Selectboard and will follow RSA 91-A
