REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

Newbury Municipal Landfill Closure – Grading & Restoration of Growth, 

201 Old Post Road, Newbury, NH

Acceptance Date: July 8, 2026 at 1:00 PM

Sealed bid proposals,

plainly marked “Newbury Municipal Landfill Closure – Grading & Restoration of Growth 

on the outside of the mailing envelope as well as the sealed bid envelope

shall be mailed or hand delivered to The Office of The Selectboard, 

located at 937 NH Route 103, Newbury, NH 03255-5803,

 prior to the noted deadline. At that time all bids received will be opened and read 

aloud. No electronic submissions  will be accepted. Bid Documents shall 

be obtained/requested through email. Bidders shall email Dan Tatem at  [email protected]. 

Bid documents shall be available in electronic format only. This Project is Phase 2 of two (2) total phases.
